The Putney Clinic

In addition to his work within The Putney Clinic, Clive Lathey also consults new and existing Osteopathy patients at the Chelsea Outpatient Centre on Tuesdays and Friday mornings.

Chelsea Outpatient Centre is a modern, contemporary, private diagnostic and treatment facility based at 280 Kings Road in the heart of Chelsea. This state-of-the-art centre houses the latest MRI scanner, digital mammography machine, x-ray and ultrasound facilities.

Appointments
Staff and nurses at Chelsea Outpatient Centre do not have access to our appointments diary and so all appointments, amendments, cancellations and payments must be made through The Putney Clinic.

Private Health Insurance 
Please note that our billing procedures for visits at the Chelsea Outpatient Centre may be different than The Putney Clinic for some private health insurance companies.

For Bupa UK patients seen in Chelsea, we are required to bill directly to them on your behalf and need you to give us your membership number and pre-authorisation number at the initial visit. 

For AXA PPP patients seen in Chelsea, we require payment at each visit and we will provide you with a receipt to try and claim the cost (or part of the cost) of your treatment directly from your insurer.

For patients seen in Chelsea claiming through ANY OTHER private healthcare insurance (e.g. PruHealth, Aviva, Standard Life, Cigna, WPA) we do not bill directly to these companies. You are required to pay at each visit and we will provide you with a receipt to try and claim the cost (or part of the cost) of your treatment directly from your insurer.
