Prices and how to book an appointment
Appointments can be booked in person at The Putney Clinic reception, by emailing info@putneyclinic.co.uk or by calling 020 8789 3881.

Payment is required at the time of each visit and we accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express and Diners). We can also accept cash and cheques should be payable to The Putney Clinic Limited.
Private Health Insurance for patients treated at The Putney Clinic
For Bupa UK patients we are required to bill directly to them on your behalf and need you to give us your membership number and pre-authorisation number at the initial visit. Please check that the practitioner you are booked to see is covered by Bupa UK as each of our practitioners is individually registered.
For Bupa International patients we require payment at each visit and we will provide you with a receipt to try and claim the cost (or part of the cost) of your treatment directly from your insurer. Please check that the practitioner you are booked to see is covered by Bupa UK as each of our practitioners is individually registered.
For AXA PPP Osteopathy patients seen, we are required to bill directly to them on your behalf and need you to give us your membership number and pre-authorisation number at the initial visit. Our clinic provider number is ZZ02016 and this covers all our Osteopaths only. Please note we are only able to provide 30-minute sessions for AXA PPP patients, regardless of whether it's an initial consultation or follow up.
For patients claiming through ANY OTHER private healthcare insurance (e.g. PruHealth, Aviva, Standard Life, Cigna, WPA etc.) we do not bill directly to these companies. You are required to pay at each visit and we will provide you with a receipt to enable you to claim the cost (or part of the cost) of your treatment directly from your insurer.
Private Health Insurance for Physiotherapy with Bodies Under Construction
at The Putney Clinic
Bodies Under Construction has taken on the Physiotherapy treatments at The Putney Clinic. They are covered presently through all major insurance companies. An invoice will be provided so that you can make a claim off your medical insurance if applicable. This applies to all insurance companies except Bupa UK.
Bodies Under Construction now have a clinic contract with Bupa UK the provider number is 80010624. Patients are required to provide a membership number as well as a pre-authorisation number at the initial consultation. Bodies Under Construction will submit invoices for treatment directly to insurer.
Bupa International clients, can claim on their policies for our services however, they will be required to settle with us directly.
When leasing with your insurer please remember to mention that you will be seeing a Bodies Under Construction Physiotherapist in order to get authorisation.
