Pilates
Developed by Joseph Pilates, whose goal was to realise each person's physical capabilities, limitations and their individual needs in order to correct muscular imbalances and weaknesses. Targeting the deep postural muscles, Pilates works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. One to one sessions, two to one sessions and classes (max 12 people) are all available from Physio in the city.
"In ten sessions you'll feel the difference, in twenty you'll see the difference and in thirty you'll have a new body." Joseph Pilates
