Putney Clinic e-mail newsletter! We are pleased to inform you about
all the new and existing services available at the clinic, changes in opening hours
and to our website.
In the Western and developing world, sedentary life, particularly in the workplace is on
the increase. We spend long periods of time sitting at desks and computers, driving
vehicles, flying and generally being more sedentary. This has contributed to the dramatic
increase in back pain. The latest analysis of back pain statistics conducted in 2004,
reveals that 80% of adults will experience back pain at some point in their lives,
requiring treatment...
Cranial Osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of Osteopathic treatment that encourages
the release of stresses and tensions throughout the body, including the head. It is a
gentle yet extremely effective approach and may be used to treat a wide range of
