Anne Mamok D.O.

Cranial & Registered Osteopath

I graduated from The British School of Osteopathy in 1984 and then went on to run my own clinic, The Tideswell Clinic also in Putney, for over 24 years.

Coming from a background of doctors and being the daughter of an engineer, I was inspired to combine the two disciplines in finding out how people work: structurally, neurologically, biochemically and emotionally.

To this end, I have taken endless and ongoing postgraduate training in Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral and Functional Technique, Nutrition and Applied Kinesiology (A.K). Applied Kinesiology is a diagnostic approach whereby muscle testing is used to evaluate the predominant problems in the patient’s body.

I have a particular interest in treating children with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, developmental delay and Autism. I have also trained in Neural Organisation Technique and the Sunflower Method.

Many of the patients referred to me, both adults and children, will have tried many different approaches. I particularly enjoy the challenge of creating a holistic, integrative approach for each individual patient.

Anne is available at The Putney Clinic on Tuesdays and Fridays.
