Helen Stutter  Dip.ESS Dip.CHAc (Beijing University)

Acupuncturist

Helen has been practicing TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) since 1995 after qualifying as a Shiatsu Practitioner with the European Shiatsu School in London.  Some years later after further training she became an Acupuncturist in 2004, achieving her diploma with the University of Beijing CMIR (London).

Acupuncture is holistic in its approach and addresses the symptoms as well as the root cause of a problem or concern.

It can be highly effective in maintaining a balanced state of wellbeing and optimum health by helping the body and mind recover its physiological balance.

Acupuncture is used to treat many chronic and acute conditions, such as stress, anger, anxiety, depression, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, emotional issues, women’s health issues, digestive problems, addictions and much more.  It also works well with Western medicine and Herbal medicine is sometimes recommended to support your treatment.

In addition to general acupuncture, Helen specialises in facial acupuncture for rejuvenation and toning, for those who prefer a natural, non-surgical approach.

Please allow 1 hour for your first treatment, which involves taking a detailed medical history.

Helen is available at The Putney Clinic on Tuesday evenings.  It is also possible to see her outside of these times on special request with reception.
