Martin Watkins MSc CSCS

Sports Scientist & Rehabilitation Specialist

I offer an individualised approach for everyone from the first timer to elite individuals and teams. I predominantly work with referrals from sports medicine experts and specialise in rehabilitation.

I also have experience working with world class athletes at Premiership football and rugby clubs, pro-golfers and international rowers.

I completed an MSc in Sport & Exercise Biomechanics in 2007/8. In addition I am also a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a UKSCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCC) and an active member of British Association of Sports and Exercise Sciences (BASES).

I believe it’s vital for continuing professional development to be aware of sports science advancements and practices, and as a result I am currently completing an MSc in Sports Rehabilitation Specialist.
