Payment
Payment is required at the time of each visit and is accepted with all major credit and debit cards (except AMEX and Diners). We can also accept cash or cheques.
Private Health Insurance
Bupa UK
Osteopathy patients claiming through Bupa UK private healthcare are not required to pay at time of visit, however you must ensure that your pre-authorisation is in place before commencing treatment, and you must confirm with Bupa directly whether your policy has an excess payable. A credit/debit card will be taken from Bupa patients to keep on file for any outstanding amounts that Bupa do not pay for your treatment.

Patients claiming through any other private healthcare are required to pay at each visit. You will then be provided with a receipt to claim the cost back from your insurer directly.
