Please note: Some treatments at The Putney Clinic may be restricted to a certain day and time. Home visits and out of hours appointments may be possible for some treatments.

Disabled Access

The Putney Clinic has two car parking spaces available for patients with a disability badge. We also have two lifts with ample room for wheelchairs and a large disabled toilet. In addition our treatment rooms and waiting area have plenty of space for wheelchairs to manoeuvre. All of our services are located on the second floor with no obstacles for physically challenged patients.

Chaperone Policy

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All of our practitioners are CRB registered. A friend or relative of a vulnerable adult wishing to accompany the patient to a consultation or treatment must first obtain the patient’s consent in they intend to accompany them into the treatment room itself.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

The Putney Clinic complies with national guidelines on the use of patient information and Data Protection. Copies of both policies are available on-site at The Putney Clinic.

Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event of a patient being dissatisfied with any of the services or standard of care at The Putney Clinic, a complaints procedure is available. All grievances are dealt with as rapidly and efficiently as possible for the benefit of all parties concerned.

Informal complaints made in person to a member of The Putney Clinic Management Team. We will aim to resolve your issue within 48 hours wherever possible and you will be notified of the outcome in writing.

If you would prefer to make a formal complaint, please write to the Practice Manager at The Putney Clinic address. Complaints received in writing follow a set procedure:

  1. The complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours and after an investigation, a meeting will be arranged with you.
  2. The meeting will be attended by the clinic directors, practice manager and patient.
  3. The details of the meeting will be recorded and a resolution will be worked towards that is satisfactory for all parties involved.
  4. The patient will be kept informed throughout the complaints process.
